GitHub's Teams app now lets Copilot turn notification threads into pull requests

GitHub folded Copilot into its Microsoft Teams notifications app. Replying to a repo notification with @GitHub can send Copilot's cloud agent to investigate, fix and open a PR. It requires a paid Copilot plan with the cloud agent enabled, and the old Teams app retires on November 16.

Brings the Copilot cloud agent into the chat tool many enterprise teams use for triage; plan the app migration.

Cursor's local agents can now operate desktop apps like the iOS Simulator

Cursor added Computer Use, letting its local agents see the screen and click and type in desktop applications, not only the browser. The idea is that an agent can test what it built, for example in the iOS Simulator. Agents can use it on their own or via an @Computer Use mention; macOS needs Accessibility and Screen Recording permissions.
