Google details TB screening deployments built on its chest X-ray AI and MedGemma
Google Research described a certified chest X-ray tool from partner Nexus AI, built on Google models, now running in around 40 sites across six African countries, including an offline setup deep in a South African gold mine. Indonesia's health ministry is fine-tuning MedGemma on local scans for a mass screening program.
